Registered Nurse In Charge – Medical and Aged Care Group
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide on‑floor assistance, mentoring, training and support for care plan implementation.
Responsibilities
- Provide on‑floor assistance to nursing staff.
- Mentor, train, and support care plan implementation.
- Support a cooperative and person‑centred approach to resident care.
- Champion best practice software and maintain high quality standards.
- Participate in community outreach and social responsibility initiatives.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
- Supervisory skills and experience.
- High level of analytical, written and communication skills.
- Current Police Check.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Initiative and ability to work without supervision.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Self‑motivated, positive work environment.
- Understanding and demonstrated ability with Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
- Commitment to improving residential aged care.
- Ongoing learning and continuous development philosophy.
