Key Responsibilities
* The Team Lead is accountable for directing and coordinating the delivery of SIL services under the NDIS.
* This role encompasses a range of tasks including administrative support, procurement management, clinical training provision, staff recruitment and onboarding, client service coordination ad hoc project work guidance and compliance oversight.
This position requires exceptional communication interpersonal organisational leadership skills with ability to work independently exercise sound judgement appropriately escalate issues mentor coach staff ensure best practice service delivery standards are achieved.
