We are seeking a self-motivated Revenue Administrator to join our Eagle Farm based team on a full time basis.
About the position:
Reporting to the Shared Services and Credit Manager, the successful applicant will be required to provide functional support in relation to revenue & general operational commercial activities. This position will actively work with relevant Regional Business Unit managers as well as General Managers.
Duties include, though not limited to:
* Generate timely and accurate invoices ensuring all customer requirements are adhered to
* Ensure all internal and external customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
* Auditing of relevant allocations and revenue data daily (derived from allocations software) to ensure invoicing accuracy and adherence to processes
* Creation and lodgement of submissions and claims
* Assist with month end processes and reconciliations
* General accounts receivable
The ideal candidate will have the below skills, and attributes:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar administration capacity, (preferably within a fast paced industrial environment)
* Medium level MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel) required
* MEX, Great Plains, Visual Dispatch, Ariba, Optus Portal, Nokia Site Forge, Taulia, Bluescope Steel Portal, Esso Portal experience desirable, though not essential
* Accurate data entry skills
* Exceptional literacy skills
* Very good organisational skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, to meet deadlines
