Responsibilities

- Provide top-tier technical support while helping maintain and develop a diverse range of IT systems, including communication networks, servers, desktop systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud services like Microsoft Azure.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of network and systems infrastructure within the IT team.

Qualifications and Skills

- Skilled and motivated Network & Systems Administrator with ability to work as a key member of the IT team.
- Experience with networks, servers, desktops, virtualization, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
- Ability to provide high-quality technical support and collaborate with colleagues.

Employee Benefits

- Term, full-time position (35 hours per week) until September 2026
- Flexible working arrangements (Work from home option up to 2 days per week post onboarding; negotiable)
- Salary in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award; appointment salary range: $1,615.14 to $1,871.39 per 35-hour week (dependent on skills and experience)
- 12% superannuation; Education and training support

Location

This position is based at Mullumbimby; however, Council may require you to work from other sites as required for operational reasons.
