THE ROLE
We are representing a technology household name who is looking to employ an experienced software business development professional based in Sydney. This is a newly created role that will drive sales and new client engagement.
This is with no doubt one of the better tech / software sales opportunities in our markets today to not only launch new product and solutions into the market but to join a large employer, prove yourself and grow within.
You will have the capability to generate new business opportunity at all levels, closing sales ranged from 50k to 1 million dollars + You go to market will be clear and accurate, being able to offer most business in Australia a solution in communication, outreach, customer experience as well as manage complex administration workflows.
We have seen this suite of software solutions and its extremely impressive. You may have a background in selling, office automation, ERP's solutions, SMS and web link communications. If you do, this role is for perfect, you will be impressed. You will be responsible for all outbound and inbound business development for the product suite. You will make it your own and enjoy launching some amazing new tech into our business communities across corporate as well as local government department and councils.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery and activity needed in outbound and inbound software solution sales.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
* Identify and target potential new business.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions, particularly with corporate & Local Government.
* Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You may into one product first and follow through with others over time
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Product demos are important
* Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of services.
* Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions through the CRM ) You will use your own tech to prospect and communicate as well. Its powerful and will be effective. Your activity will bring results
* Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and matching them with our product offerings.
* Conduct product demonstrations and share in-depth knowledge of tech solutions to address customer challenges.
* Build strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads from campaigns and events, maximizing conversion opportunities.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in document management technology.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of out and Inbound software sales experience required.
