Administration Lead - Learning and Development Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to lead the day-to-day administration of learning and workforce capability programs in alignment with our Learning and Development Strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality administrative support across all training activities—supporting compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a small administrative team
* Oversee training schedules, record-keeping, system maintenance, and reporting
* Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to align training delivery with strategic priorities and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements
* Coordinate and maintain learning systems, including LMS data, enrolments, and reporting
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, mandatory training, and development initiatives

Requirements:

* Experience in a senior administration, training, or coordination role
* High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
* Proven ability in leading a small team and build collaborative working relationships
