About the Role
As a key first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience. Whether it’s over the phone, via email, or face-to-face, you’ll handle queries, process orders, and build lasting customer relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
· Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
· Processing orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
· Promoting national and state sales promotions to our customer base
· Providing product information to both internal and external stakeholders
· Working collaboratively with the team to solve customer issues
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
· At least 12 months of experience in a similar customer service role
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
· A friendly, flexible, and proactive attitude
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Monday – Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
