Remuneration: $66,976.41 - $72,773.45 per annum / $33.77 - $36.70 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide high quality, individualised care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting optimal recovery outcomes.
• Deliver and support assessment, planning and evaluation of care
• Provide safe, evidence based nursing care within professional standards
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for continuity of care
• Communicate effectively with patients and advocate for their needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Essential Criteria
* Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
* Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
* An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
