About the Role:

The role requires an experienced administrator to ensure smooth office operations while supporting accurate revenue tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing both administrative and financial tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

The Role will encompass but is not limited to:

* Manage daily office operations to maintain a productive and professional work environment
* Assist with preparation, maintain, and distribute regular operational and revenue reports as directed by the Revenue Manager
* Coordinate new staff orientation, including preparing workstations and onboarding resources
* Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and communications
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office standards
* Support monthly Hospital Casemix Protocal (HCP) reporting processes
* Assist with billing and debtor data entry
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in relevant systems
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and revenue discrepancies
* Oversee office supply inventory and staff amenities including kitchen and stationary items

About you:

* Experience in office administration and/or finance support roles
* Experience in revenue administration, billing, or accounts receivable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Confidence navigating multiple software packages
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Experience working in a tight fast paced team environment
