Our client is a highly valued accounting and advisory firm with offices in Melbourne, Sydney & Auckland. They are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their Melbourne office on a full time, permanent basis.
**The Role**:
- Welcome clients & visitors and direct as required
- Manage reception switchboard
- Maintain a professional telephone manner
- Diary management
- Proactively assist in managing clients and assist clients with their enquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Update client information to ensure records are correct
- Manage delivery of tax returns for clients through our Portal
- Maintain client corporate secretarial records using BGL software.
- Company,Trust and Trustee Company Registers
- Assist with the administrative requirements of: Tax Returns & Activity Statements
- Monthly billing using the APS client database system
