Senior People & Culture Business Partner Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a strategic and people-focused Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support our Mineral Technologies team.
This role is pivotal in delivering day-to-day HR services while driving business strategy and People & Culture priorities.
You'll work closely with operational leaders to influence decisions that enhance performance, resilience, and innovation, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
