About The Role
As the Community Lead you will be responsible for shaping, developing, and executing Officeworks' community partnership strategy. This pivotal role drives meaningful social impact, strengthens community relationships, and ensures initiatives align with our broader business strategy.
* Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive community engagement plan, ensuring initiatives are well‐coordinated, effectively communicated, and aligned with organisational priorities.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging, clear sequencing of activities, and maximum impact.
* Oversee end‐to‐end operations and communications for the Back to School Appeal, driving both internal engagement and external participation.
* Manage and track budgets, ensuring forecasts remain accurate and aligned with annual allocations.
* Contribute across the Corporate Affairs team, supporting business priorities and enhancing Officeworks' reputation within the community.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands‐on execution, and the ability to influence and inspire others in a fast‐paced environment.
Contract: 12 month fixed term.
About You
You bring a strong background in community partnerships, social impact and corporate communications, with at least five years of experience delivering programs that create measurable outcomes. You are confident navigating complex stakeholder environments and have a proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse groups.
