* Clerk Grade: Level 3/4. Base salary $84,659 p.a. to $92,701 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.

The Information and Technology team delivers secure, modern, and efficient digital services by maintaining robust technological infrastructure, developing and supporting critical business applications, and leading strategic technology initiatives aligned with the organisation's objectives.
About the role
The Business Information Administrator assists in the delivery of effective and efficient information and records management operations across NSWTG in compliance with the NSW State Records Act 1998.
The role supports the Senior Business Information Specialist to ensure physical and electronic records are managed appropriately and securely throughout their lifecycle and disposed of when no longer required.
This is an exciting opportunity that will see you:
* Provide timely, accurate, and compliant records management services.
* Assist in the management of records throughout their lifecycle (creation, use, storage, and disposal) in line with NSW Trustee and Guardian's digital transformation goals.
* Respond to Information Management Support requests through the Service Management (JIRA) platform.
* Assist in the management of physical records operations, including record retrieval requests.
* Support the broader Information Management and Governance team to deliver IM technology upgrades, projects and initiatives.
* Contribute to compliance activities related to legislation, standards, and policies, including the State Records Act 1998 (NSW) and other applicable regulations.

About you

* Someone who is proactive, organised and takes pride in delivering high‑quality information and records management services.
* Experience working with Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) such as OpenText Content Manager, with a strong understanding of recordkeeping principles and metadata standards.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work within tight deadlines.
* A problem‑solver who can interpret policy and apply it to real‑world operational needs.

Essential requirements
* Proven experience in records management, including electronic records management systems.
* Experience with OpenText Content Manager or similar Electronic Digital Records Management System.
* Knowledge and experience in the Information and Records management industry.
