Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Execution: Collaborate with agents and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Sales Administration: Manage sales administration processes and compliance.
* Property Preparation: Oversee styling appointments and ensure properties are ready for market.
* Marketing Content Coordination: Coordinate marketing content including photography, and print campaigns.
* Site Appointments: Attend photoshoots, pre-settlement inspections, and marketing appointments.
* Auction and Open Home Preparation: Manage open home and auction pack preparation.
* Performance Tracking: Assist with marketing and campaign performance tracking.
* Client Gifting: Organise and manage client gifting to build strong relationships.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within real estate.
* Licence: Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence in Real Estate.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in Agentbox and Campaigntrack (or similar CRM and marketing platforms).
* Communication and Organisation Skills: Strong communication and organisation skills.
* Teamwork: A team player with a high attention to detail.
