We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide complete financial services and advice, guiding the financial culture and leadership, managing and executing the WAF financial strategy.
* The role plays a key part in supporting across accounts receivable function, including invoice preparation and collection of outstanding monies; Accounts payable function, including purchase order raising, invoice processing and corporate credit card processing; Bank account reconciliations; Payroll assistance; Motor vehicle fleet administration;
Duties:
1. To perform all aspects of finance operations within agreed deadlines
2. To prepare accurate accounting records using current software packages
3. To assist with payroll functions for staff members
