About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Develop tailored sales strategies for trade and retail customers
* BUILD and maintain long-term relationships with clients across your territory
* Identify new business opportunities through research and local knowledge
* Attend trade events and customer meetings to promote our products
* Provide regular updates on territory performance and client feedback
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and supply
Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience in sales or sales management
* Prior experience in the automotive or trade industry is desirable
* Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and grow market share
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
* Australian work rights and a current driver's license are essential
