The Role
Following continued project wins, they are looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to take ownership across a range of land development and infrastructure projects, from early concept through to delivery. This is a step‐up role with real autonomy ideal for an engineer ready to lead, make decisions, and put their stamp on projects and processes.
The Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver civil designs across land and urban development projects of varying scale, from stormwater management, earthworks and environmental impact and road design
* Provide senior technical expertise and initiative to develop practical solutions to complex engineering problems using 12d, DRAINS and MUSIC
* Work closely with designers and drafters to produce high‐quality documentation from concept sketches through to construction and as‐builds
* Take a lead role in coordination with both the client and other external consultants to shape project direction
The Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Member of Engineers Australia.
* Demonstrated experience in land development civil design.
* Strong capability with drainage design, MUSIC modelling and 12d.
* Solid understanding of Australian Standards and local authority design requirements.
