Your new team is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and strategically focussed APS5 Administration Officer with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to provide administrative support to the governance and executive functions.
Your new role
As the APS5 Administration Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Agency's governance and executive functions. Working closely with the Senior Executive, Directors, and key stakeholders, you will coordinate meetings, events, and strategic activities. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting the secretariat team to deliver governance outcomes.
* Coordinating travel, meetings, catering, and resources for Board and executive events.
* Managing committee records and forward agendas.
* Liaising with stakeholders to prepare briefings and reports.
* Supporting parliamentary and ministerial submissions and correspondence.
* Managing multiple inboxes and correspondence.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your new role, you will have prior experience in a similar role in the Federal Government (APS). You will also have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, excellent judgement and attention to detail, strong research and analytical skills, communication and relationship-building skills and proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office programs.
