Support the development of new models of care, operational commissioning strategies, decanting and relocation plans. Work closely with Operational User Groups, clinicians, project & communications teams to document and communicate change, and manage stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The Change Manager role offers a degree of autonomy and flexibility but requires strong self-direction of autonomy and flexibility but requires strong self-direction, the ability to work across multiple priorities simultaneously. What You'll Be Doing The Change Manager will assume a leadership role providing expert advice on change management matters, strategies and solutions, ensuring the change outputs meet the capital works project vision, objectives and is in alignment with the values of NSW Heath. Demonstrated experience in leading complex change management processes within a health or similarly complex service environment, including applying structured methodologies such as the HI 4-Step Change Management Process, and delivering outcomes aligned with organisational strategies, business cases, and benefits realisation plans.Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, operational user groups, and governance bodies, to co-design and document new models of care and operational processes that align with Clinical Services Plans and Functional Briefs.Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills with a proven ability to anticipate and address organisational cultural barriers to change, build commitment among staff, and work in partnership with communications teams to ensure successful stakeholder engagement. High-level analytical, planning and risk management skills, with demonstrated experience in identifying clinical and non-clinical risks, supporting redesign of service delivery, and contributing to the direction of assets and resources for future service readiness.Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
