Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual to manage our retail impulse customers in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas up to Tamworth region in NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within their assigned territory through winning in store and executing a commercial plan.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives, building strong relationships with customers, conducting face-to-face meetings to understand customer needs and present product offerings, and collaborating with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or FMCG, basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. They will also be able to work independently and manage time effectively, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a valid full driver's license.
