Position Description:
Assessment and care planning.
Resident case conferences and family consultations.
Administration of medications.
Monitoring of resident deterioration and escalation pathways.
Oversight of assistant nursing team, including leadership and delegation.
Completion of mandatory training and education.
Attendance and contribution to staff meetings.
Adherence to facility policies and processes, Strengthened Aged Care Standards and the Act Care Act.

To be considered you will need the following:
All shifts available
Current Practicing Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Knowledge of the Aged Care Industry or willingness to learn
Knowledge of accreditation highly regarded
