Concrete Sleepers provide retaining walls that are easy to install and are perfect for levelling sloped land, creating feature garden walls or simply building a veggie patch. We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Digital Media Administrator to join the team as soon as possible.
Administration
* Implementing quotations
* Creating customer invoices
* Entering of invoices requirement payment
Digital Media
* Website management via Wix
* Management of all social media pages including Facebook and Instagram
* Regular advertising via Facebook, Google Ads and Gumtree
* Marketing communications via Mailchimp
Qualifications
* A positive "can do" attitude
* Self‐motivated and the ability to work unsupervised
* Exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to multi‐task and prioritise
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
* Experience with XERO or similar
* Experience in website management with WIX or similar
* Previous experience with MailChimp is not mandatory, however would be a bonus
* A willingness to learn
This position will be based on site in our office in Ourimbah with parking available in the office.
Pay & Hours
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
