The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist to join our vibrant front-of-house team in a full-time, permanent position. If you’re well-presented, have a professional phone manner, and love helping people, this could be the perfect fit.
Your day-to-day will include:
o Delivering outstanding customer service and support
o Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
o Managing incoming calls with efficiency and friendliness
o Handling general admin tasks and maintaining reception area
o Ordering supplies and updating registers
o Liaising with customers, staff, and suppliers
o Supporting the Office Manager with various admin duties
What We’re Looking For
o Previous Reception or Administration experience
o Friendly, well-presented, and confident communicator
o Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
o Team player with strong verbal and written skills
o Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
