Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team in Sydney. This role is available on both a full-time and contract basis. We are looking someone with consulting background experience.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing SAP projects, including integration with other enterprise systems. You will manage project timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery through effective communication and leadership. We are looking for candidate with consulting experience.
Requirement Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors projects, including integration with other enterprise platforms.
* Track project status, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with multiple vendors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
* Monitor project plans, identify potential delays, and implement recovery strategies.
* Track project costs and ensure alignment with budget expectations.
* Develop and execute mitigation plans for any deviations from the project plan.
* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational expectations.
* Facilitate change management and motivate teams by clearly communicating priorities and goals.
* Evaluate and adapt tools and processes to fit project needs.
* Create and maintain integrated project plans and review proposals.
* Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, and metrics.
* Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
* 10–15 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in project management.
* Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
