New Relic is expanding rapidly in enterprise accounts across various segments, including conglomerates, large and mid-sized companies, Decacorns, Unicorns, Soonicorns, DNBs, and organizations with multi-million dollar cloud spends that are migrating to the cloud.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for achieving pipeline and opportunity quotas to meet revenue targets, engaging with CXO-level decision-makers, and presenting our offerings effectively.
Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, leading or supporting team efforts in complex sales processes, and proactively leading joint strategic account planning with mutual objectives and targets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within Sydney's conglomerates and large enterprises, experience with enterprise sales, including C-level engagement, and technical understanding of infrastructures and SaaS industry.
A minimum of 12 years of sales experience, including at least 7 years in software sales, is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
You will need to be able to operate independently in complex environments, demonstrate excellent communication, consultative selling, and time management skills, and possess proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales tools like Tableau, PowerPoint, Zoom.
Bonus points for knowledge of APM, Observability, DevOps, or related cloud software, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
