* This is a permanent part-time opportunity that requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including Endocrinologists, Transplantation Services, and Community and Oral Health professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and sound knowledge of diabetes care principles. They will also be required to identify and monitor clinical practices and outcomes within the clinical area.
