In this role, you’ll lead the change strategy for our evolving talent communities, ensuring effective and sustainable transformation that delivers real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop the change management strategy for TA Transformation in partnership with delivery leads and transformation teams. Design and execute communication strategies for internal and external audiences, hiring managers, candidates, employees, and the broader market. Bring a marketing mindset to change communication, blending storytelling, behavioural insight, and strategic messaging. Lead the development of artefacts including change impact assessments, implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management plans. Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies and plans to manage the people impact of transformation initiatives covering communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Drive change adoption and transition through targeted communications, engagement, coaching, training, and performance tracking—ensuring changes become business as usual.
