Job Title: Telstra Retail: Customer Service & Sales Consultant (Expression of Interest)
Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
- Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
- Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

- Salary includes base pay, 12% superannuation, and up to 10% variable remuneration (subject to plan rules). The first 2 months of remuneration are guaranteed while you learn on board.
