We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to the Human Resources function, maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Provide professional administrative support to the Human Resources team and other departments as required
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
* Support recruitment and onboarding activities including coordinating interviews, reference checks, inductions, and accommodation bookings and other HR duties as required.
* Assist with performance management processes and industrial relations matters
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures
