• Manage a small portfolio of residential properties with existing strong landlord relationships.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding inspections, maintenance, and property updates; conduct routine inspections as required.
• Assist with maintenance coordination and compliance requirements.
• Support rental arrears management, including arrears follow‐ups and documentation.
• Provide administrative support, reporting, and portfolio coverage as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

• At least 12 months' experience in Leasing, Property Management or even Administration within the Real Estate industry.
• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
• A genuine desire to build a career in Property Management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, ability to manage competing priorities.
