Boral currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Officer located in Chullora, NSW 2190. The role will focus on providing efficient and accurate Accounts Payable, Receivable services in a fast paced environment.
Your day will involve:
* Processing and matching invoices to Purchase Orders or Cost Centres
* Proactively communicating with Suppliers to effectively resolve invoice holds and blocks
* Communicating and maintaining relationships with internal service users
* Supporting continuous improvement and standardisation of accounts processes
* Ensuring all Accounts payable/receivable processes comply with accounting standards
What we are looking for?
* Demonstrable long-term experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
* Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal contacts and external suppliers
* Proven ability in time management and in managing work priorities
* Demonstrable ability to work in a team
