Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity
A Restaurant Team Leader with a strong focus on providing high-quality, customer-centric service is sought to join our team. The successful candidate will lead shifts on the floor, working closely with the Restaurant Manager.
* Supervise staff and ensure efficient service delivery
* Support and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results
* Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during peak periods
Requirements:
* 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
* Current RSA certification
