**Our client**
Our client is a listed global FMCG giant with a growing global presence across.
This is a unique standalone position managing a 900 staff's payroll on a fortnightly basis. Unlike most standalone positions, you'll have an excellent backup (as the HR Manager used to work within the payroll function here). This also means an excellent training and onboarding process.
The role is mainly BAU and would offer a high degree of work life balance as a result.
**The role**
Duties include:
- Process end-to-end Fortnightly payroll for up to 900+ staff
- Maintaining employee data
- Processing on boarding & terminations
- Managing the administration, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all superannuation contributions & payroll tax
- Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs)
- Adhere to Payroll statutory requirements
- Interpret of EBA and Modern Award
- Ad-hoc involvement with the system implementation
- Arrange new starters
**About you**
- **Prior experience of using SAP will be preferred but not essential**:
- Great communication, both written and verbal - must love to engage and work closely in a team environment
