About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Professional Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team in Geraldton. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with dedicated chefs and colleagues who share a passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own sections and consistently deliver a high standard of food throughout service.
* Take pride in food presentation and ensure top quality.
* Maintain good verbal and written communication with colleagues and supervisors.
* Adhere to Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge, and practices.
* Be available for a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
* Work approximately 38 hours per week.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
* Qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
* Flexible and willing attitude with clear communication and customer service skills.
* Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
* Experience in busy commercial kitchens across various cuisines and styles.
* Completed Trade Qualifications.
