**Your Responsibilities**:
- Use your passion for cruise to curate unique and innovative cruise holiday packages
- Foster new and grow existing supply partner relationships - including cruise lines, hotels, land DMCs and tour operators
- Negotiate exclusive market offers with supply partners to deliver an innovative cruise holiday package range across global destinations
- Manage the lifecycle of cruise holiday packages to ensure that they effectively deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both MyCruises and supply partners
- Develop product strategies designed to deliver and grow both TTV and commission
- Manage relationships with internal partners via a variety of communication channels
- Work closely with cruise sales team, after sales team and training to develop staff's understanding of the key customer benefits of cruise holiday package offerings
**Who you are**:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in the Travel Industry (Retail Travel, Wholesale or Cruise)
- Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels
- Your innovative spirit and passion for cruise holidays shines through
- A performance driven attitude along with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills and proven strategic thinking experience
- A supportive, positive attitude and customer focus
