ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a permanent part-time Cleaner (30 hours per week) to join our team at one of our luxury residential buildings on the Gold Coast.
* Perform general cleaning tasks in common areas and shared facilities.
* Ensure all spaces are pristine, welcoming, and meet the highest presentation standards.
* Work independently and as part of a supportive team.
In this role you will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set by assisting the wider Caretaking Team with ad hoc tasks and other caretaking duties.
ABOUT YOU
* Ability to be able to work part-time (30 hours per week).
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Previous cleaning experience (commercial or residential) preferred.
* A friendly attitude and commitment to customer service.
* An effective communicator who enjoys working as a part of a collaborative team.
* Proactive and committed to maintaining the building to the highest standard.
