Opportunity for an experienced and adaptable Human Resources professional
**Your new company**
Hays are working with a GOE in their search for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their Human Resources team on a permanent, full-time basis.
**Your new role**
Based in the surrounds of Hobart, and reporting to the newly appointed Human Resources Manager, you'll be providing guidance and advice to leaders on Human Resources functions, understanding business priorities and developing solutions surrounding culture, capability and capacity requirements across different locations across Tasmania.
This position will suit an individual who has proven experience working within a generalist capacity, ideally with experience or exposure to industrial relations. If you only bring some exposure to the IR side of Human Resources, there is the opportunity to bring what you know to the position with the willingness to learn and develop your IR skillset.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced human resources professional who can confidently provide sound advice across multiple functions. Up to date knowledge of industrial relations is preferred but as above, this is an opportunity for this skill set to be developed within the organisation.
You will be an active listener with a hands on and operational approach to your role as a Human Resource Business Partner.
