We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Nurses to join the Community Health team based in Mullewa, Midwest region.
You will have...
Well-developed nursing skills relevant to community, school and child health.
Demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team.
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to primary health care principles and health promotion.
Knowledge of current legislation in relation to nursing practice.
Eligibility for / possess a current C or C-A Class driver's licence.
Position Profile
Provides clinical services as part of the core community health programs such as immunisations, school health and child health.
Responsible for providing quality primary health services to the community within their own levels of competency to meet planned health outcomes.
This is an "open-ended" recruitment pool.
