Compliance and Insurance Management
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Insurance Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the streamlining and consolidation of compliance data streams and reporting tools, developing and delivering audit and verification activity, and managing public liability insurance compensation claims.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong written communication skills, report writing experience at executive and board level, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

About You
* A formal tertiary qualification in Finance, Risk Management, or a relevant Business-related degree is essential.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar-sized organisation is required.
* You should have a good understanding of ISO 37301:2021-Compliance management systems and how to establish and manage compliance frameworks.
* You will need to develop internal working relationships to manage key external relationships.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the streamlining and consolidation of compliance data streams and reporting tools.
* Develop and deliver audit and verification activity.
* Manage public liability insurance compensation claims.
* Partner with operations teams to reduce business risk through loss prevention and risk mitigation activities.
* Champion a risk management mindset across the business.
* Partner with the Group Director – Risk, Safety & Compliance to own the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and facilitate operational risk reviews.
* Manage the business Third Party Contractor risk management framework, guidelines, and processes.
* Conduct pre-vetting risk and safety reviews of potential contractors as part of the vendor procurement process.
