**As our HR Consultant you will**:
- Provide accurate and timely industrial relations advice and consultancy services to management and staff focussing on delivering effective solutions that support a high performing, flexible and constructive work environment.
- Participate in the coordination and management of allocated workplace relations matters, initiatives and projects, including enterprise bargaining and other union related activities either individually, or as part of a team.
- Support the Employee Relations and Integrity team in case management and reporting activities.
- Contribute to the review and implementation of HR management systems, policies, procedures which support contemporary best practice and implementation of strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Maintain sound knowledge of current HR legislation, awards, certified agreements, directives, policies and procedures to support the timely and evidence based advice and to support service delivery outcomes.
- Proactively build and maintain constructive and professional working relationships to coordinate and facilitate innovative HR solutions to assist customers achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, and internal and external customers.
