Location: Green Leaves Early Learning – Cloverton Central
We require the following, related to the Working with Children Check and legal employment:
* Are you legally permitted to work in Australia and willing to obtain a Working with Children Check that requires you to provide identity documents (full birth certificate, Australian passport, visa, citizenship certificate or official immigration record), an ID document such as a driver's licence, and two supplementary documents such as Medicare or voter registration?
* Are you able to provide the required documents, including proof if you have changed your name (e.g., marriage certificate, revised birth certificate) and other relevant documents?
* Do you have any prohibition status or enforcement actions against you for providing education and care, and are you willing to sign a declaration confirming this?
