About Us: Bushido Finance is a growing mortgage broking firm based SE QLD dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. Established in 2020 we have rapidly grown with now 240 active client groups, settling an average of $5M-$6M per month, with an annual trail book growth rate of 9.19% p.a. We have multiple accountant and real estate agent referral sources. The business comprises currently of the director/mortgage broker and 2 full time offshore staff – a credit analyst and a loan processor who do the heavy lifting.
Position Overview: Work from home position. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager who loves systems and processes – reviewing, improving and managing workflow seamlessly. Interpersonal communication skills is also a must as you will be having friendly chats with our clients, referral sources and lending partners. We aggregate under SFG and have recently upgraded to SFGConnect 2.0 for client CRM and workflow management. This will be your baby to run with.
This is a work from home position, as all systems are cloud based. Flexible hours are available – you choose what suits your lifestyle and family commitments – how good is that? Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the client files to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly, involving the mortgage broker and/or offshore team.
* Work with our CRM on retention strategies to keep us top of mind with our clients and exceed their expectations.
* Streamline processes between our mortgage broker and offshore team to enhance client satisfaction.
* Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to the client experience.
* Manage client onboarding
* Ensure compliance on all approved files.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in client services and workflow management, preferably in the mortgage broking industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant technology.
