**The Role**:
Best & Less has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join a passionate and supportive team based in Sydney's Hills District, with availability to work across the week.
As an integral member of the Sydney 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together
**Your day will consist of**:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the 'Bestie' culture in store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
**About you**:
- Passionate about the customer experience
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Must have availability to work weekday and weekends.
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest

**Salary**: Up to $29.31 per hour

**Experience**:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
