A well-established business in the infrastructure and construction support space is looking for a Branch Manager to take ownership of their NSW branch.
You'll be responsible for the full operational performance of the NSW branch.
Responsibilities
* Leading a team of 10
* Overseeing assets and equipment
* Keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly (without micromanaging)
* Managing costs, utilisation, transport, overtime and overall P&L performance
* Working closely with sales to align delivery with pipeline
* Stepping in when needed (this is not a desk-only role)
