About the Role

Are you passionate about creating opportunities for migrant women to thrive in the workforce? Join SSI Group as a Women's Employment and Skills Pathways Program Officer and help make a real difference.

In this dynamic role, you'll provide tailored navigation support to migrant women, guiding them through skills recognition and professional accreditation processes. You'll connect participants with job readiness programs, vocational training, and employment services, while fostering strong partnerships with community organisations, industry stakeholders, and government agencies.

Your work will include developing individual pathway plans, delivering capacity-building initiatives, and creating tools and resources to promote the program nationally. You'll also contribute to program monitoring, evaluation, and policy development, ensuring that SSI continues to lead in empowering women and building inclusive communities.

We are recruiting for 2 Program Officers, permanent part-time or full-time positions available.

About You

You're a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a strong commitment to gender equality and social inclusion. You bring:

* Qualifications in social science, social work, community development, or equivalent experience.
* Experience delivering individual support and capacity-building initiatives in employment or economic participation contexts.
* Knowledge of employment pathways, skills recognition, and professional accreditation processes.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.
* Strategic stakeholder management experience and a collaborative approach.
* A multicultural background or extensive experience working with CALD communities.
