Systems and Infrastructure Manager Full Time (FTE 1.0) | Ongoing Siena College is seeking a skilled professional to join our ICT team in the role of Systems and Infrastructure Manager.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing reliability, security and performance of the College's IT systems, network infrastructure and technical resources.
Reporting to the Head of ICT, the Systems and Infrastructure Manager maintains and develops network and server infrastructure in addition to providing excellent communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk.
This is a dynamic role requiring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to ensure the functioning of all critical ICT systems and the smooth operations of the College.
In collaboration with the Head of ICT, this role will ensure that technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant and responsive to the needs of both students and staff.
The Systems and Infrastructure Manager will deliver positive customer service to end users through a strong understanding of education, business and administration processes and requirements of ICT systems and infrastructure.
The successful candidate must have the relevant rights to work in Australia.
