Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will provide high-level executive support to Professor Piero Perucca across clinical, research and leadership responsibilities. You will coordinate demanding diaries, committees, travel and events, ensuring precise execution and seamless stakeholder engagement. You will develop your skills within a collaborative epilepsy research team, with potential extension subject to future funding. What you will deliver: Provide proactive executive assistance to Professor Perucca, including complex diary, inbox, email and document management. Coordinate national and international travel, conferences, committees and association duties, preparing agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions. Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate staffing records and monitoring contracts, visitors and honorary appointments. Assist with departmental events, seminars and meetings, ensuring logistics, communications and materials are delivered on time. Contribute to process improvements and administrative initiatives, building productive relationships across University, hospital and research partners. You may be a great fit if you : Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or offer extensive, high-level administrative experience within complex organisations. Bring proven experience supporting senior executives, managing competing priorities and exercising sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing accurate correspondence, reports, presentations and records. Excel at coordinating workflows, meeting strict deadlines and adapting to fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Use advanced Microsoft Office skills and quickly learn new databases, systems and administrative processes.
