Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the GUIDE Program team, supporting the Security and Privacy Uplift project-specifically the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) stream. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Security, Data, Technology, Risk, and Business units to define and deliver business and technical requirements aligned with national cyber security frameworks and privacy legislation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Eliciting, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements for IDAM capabilities.
* Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to refine requirements.
* Supporting process mapping, user story development, and acceptance criteria.
* Contributing to risk assessments and compliance alignment with frameworks such as PSPF, ISM, and the Privacy Act.
* Assisting in test planning and change impact assessments.
What you'll need to succeed
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or security transformation programs.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
* Deep understanding of identity lifecycle and governance frameworks.
* Proven experience in IDAM or cyber-security uplift projects, ideally within regulated environments.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
What you'll get in return
The role offers a 12-month contract and a daily rate of $800 - $900 + super per day. You'll be based in their offices in Sydney, and work in a hybrid environment.
