Are you an experienced Real Estate Trainer looking for a more progressive, exciting work environment?
We are an approved provider of NSW Continuing Professional Development and we are looking for outstanding candidates to join our Sydney team that are driven to deliver industry leading real estate training – both face to face with agencies across the state, and through virtual online classrooms.
This is your opportunity to impart your industry knowledge to others advancing their career in Real Estate by ensuring they complete the CPD specified for their licence or certificate category each year.
Responsibilities
* Mentoring your own cohorts of real estate professionals.
* Providing theory and practical real industry examples in your training delivery.
* Delivering engaging group workshops face-to-face and virtually/online.
* Developing strong relationships with students and their employers to ensure Entry Education is always the training provider of choice.
* Using your administrative and organisational skills to prepare your workshops; communicate with students and employers; mark assessments; and maintain the student portal.
Skills and Experience
* Hold current and relevant Real Estate Qualifications / Licences.
* Hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Solid, current industry experience in the Real Estate sector.
* Prior experience as a Trainer/Assessor or knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training system is beneficial.
* Valid or ability to hold Working with Children's Check.
* A fantastic communicator; diligent and highly organised.
* Tech savvy – Comfortable with MS Office Suite. We will provide training on our student database; virtual classrooms and online learning systems.
