Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to create and manage executable work orders aligned to asset strategies, maintenance plans, and business goals.
You will collaborate with multiple teams, optimize resource planning, monitor costs, and help drive the reliability and performance of critical assets across the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and prioritize approved maintenance notifications and provide feedback to originators.
2. Estimate labor, equipment downtime, and resource requirements for non-urgent work.
3. Plan detailed work orders and coordinate specialized external contractors when required.
4. Analyze maintenance history and ensure accurate data updates for damage and failure causes.
5. Initiate warranty and repairable/rotatable processes for corrective maintenance tasks.
6. Review upcoming work against asset criticality, safety, statutory, and project requirements.
7. Identify and resolve scope conflicts, adjusting downtime and schedules as necessary.
8. Monitor planned vs actual costs, support budget forecasting, and escalate major variances.
